Delivery and Return Policy
The following is our delivery and return policy.
Please note: exceptions may apply. For example, we may allow pre-orders for items that are in production. In such cases, that information will be provided up-front and may differ from that which is stated below.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via First Class US Mail. If you do not receive your order within 10-days of making your payment, please contact us at: 973-313-9877.
Returns
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your order. If you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned to us within 30-days and you will be refunded the full cost.
There is no refund for returns made 30-days or more after the delivery date.

If you do not receive your order within 10-days of making your payment, please contact us.
Customized products- such as IRA Fact Sheets- may take longer to deliver, as the actual printing is done by an outside contractor.
Returns

If the product is being returned to us because of an error made by Appleby Retirement Consulting Inc., you will receive a full refund of your payment.
Returns are not allowed in cases where an error is made on a customized order, if the error is as a result of information/instructions that you provide.

Shipping
Orders are delivered via e-mail, within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If customization is required, an additional period of 3 to 5 business days is required, depending of the extent of the customization.
If your request is to create a brand-new product, the time of delivery will be negotiated after we receive your order.

Webinars and Other Training Programs
Cancellation and Refund Policy
30-days before the date of the webinar: If you are unable to attend a webinar for which you registered, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price if you cancel at least 10 -days before the date of the webinar.
Less than 10-days before the date of the webinar: Cancellations received during this period are subject to a cancellation fee of $10.00.
Date of webinar: There are no refunds for cancellations received on the scheduled date of the webinar . However, payments can be transferred to another webinar
Cancellation by Appleby Retirement Consulting Inc. In the rare event we need to cancel an event, you will be given a full refund of your payment, or given the opportunity to transfer your payment to another event or product
