- The client chooses a topic.
- We meet via Zoom.
- Denise Appleby presents a refresher on that topic (optional).
- The client asks as many questions as they want to (some want to get right to this part).
- The client gets access to the recorded version, allowing them to watch it as often as they wish.
- The client has 30 days to ask unlimited follow-up questions related to that topic.
