The proposed RMD Regulations: A members Only event

The Treasury Department issued new proposed regulations for required minimum distributions, interpreting the secure act which was signed into law on December 20th, 2019. These proposed regulations include some surprises, including requiring annual RMDs for certain beneficiaries who are subject to the new 10-year rule.

I will talk about this rule, and some of the other key provisions where the rules were either clarified or completely changed.
